2. Sync your device with iTunes so that it makes a back-up of all your stuff. This includes music, videos, apps, settings, photos and more. You will need this back up later.
3. Download Snowbreeze here (windows only)
4. Download the iOS 4.3.2 firmware for your device

- iPad 2 GSM (AT&T)
- iPad 2 CDMA (Verizon)
- iPad
- iPod touch 3G

5. Open Snowbreeze
6. Click the blue arrow
7. Browse for the .ipsw (the firmware) file and open it.
8. Snowbreeze will identify the file.
9. Click the blue arrow
10. Click "Expert Mode, then "Build IPSW"
11. Snowbreeze will make your IPSW, so just wait.
12. After it's done, click "OK" and Snowbreeze will get you into DFU Mode.
13. Follow Snowbreeze directions to get into DFU mode.
14. Then Snowbreeze will say "Your device is now in pwned DFU state..."
15. Start iTunes.
16. Click your device, and press "Restore" WHILE HOLDING SHIFT!
17. This will make iTunes ask you for the ipsw file.
18. Choose the ipsw file you just made (through Snowbreeze) and click on "Open"
19. iTunes will start restoring
20. Once it's done, your device will be jailbroken on iOS 4.3.2
